"If There is negative stars or rate I strongly would give it. I have waited to cancel my policy for almost a month and get my refund back. The person who talks with the customers very silly and does not know what to do!! They made me wait almost a month and wasted my time always. Whenever I called them, they did it help me just wasted my 20+ calls !!! Obviously this agent and staffs the most worse persons that I have ever seen!! Not recommend at all!! Even if you give you money do not accept!!"

"Keep getting spam from this place, or someone using their phone #. Blocking hasn't helped. They leave msgs trying to sell me car insurance for a car i don't have."
